How to Set Up the Headset on PC & Software: Make sure PC System Settings > Sound > Microphone input device & Speaker output device select "LEVN LE-HS012 Basic". Office software also needs to select "LEVN LE-HS012 Basic" for Microphone input device & Speaker output device.
Switching Devices: Once the phone and computer are successfully connected via Bluetooth and paired with the headset, incoming calls from the phone can be quickly and accurately switched to the calling device using the MFB button.
Compatibility with Desk Phones and IP Phones: It does not work with desk phones and IP phones.
Troubleshooting Audio Issues: Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [LEVN LE-HS012 Basic] on the call interface after answering the call.
Clearing Pairing Records: Press and hold the MFB power button and volume + button at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Seeing that the LED indicator light is purple, the headset has cleared the pairing record and restored the factory settings.
